1. Acceptance
By using SourceMarkdown ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The Service
SourceMarkdown provides a browser-based tool to import, view, edit, and compare Markdown documents. Optional features allow you to link a local folder (where supported) or link a Google Drive folder.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the content you import, paste, edit, upload, or save using the Service. You represent that you have the rights to use such content.
4. Google Drive (optional)
If you choose to connect Google Drive, you authorize the Service (via Google OAuth) to access files and folders you select, and to read/write Markdown files as you instruct.
Access tokens may expire and you may need to re-link.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. You should keep backups of important documents.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceMarkdown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms and will update the effective date accordingly.
